This photo was sent by my daughter who’s living in London for the semester (and having a hard time finding matzah in her part of the city)… I don’t know who the artist is but I doubt it’s her; she’s much better with words than peanut butter art.
It’s especially amusing because I get more clicks on my blog from people who searched “live long and prosper” and “Star Trek hand” than anything else. I wonder how surprised they are to discover it’s mostly about Judaism?
Shabbat shalom everyone!
PS. The aforementioned beloved daughter sent a link to the artist who created this fine piece of dining pleasure and who definitely deserves credit for an amazing piece of artwork: http://blog.craftzine.com/archive/2007/04/spock_matza.html
Ahahaha you’re welcome!!

Oh, I do so wish it was from our mind-meld (which as I recall was both oddly frightening and very funny)… but no, just from a meeting of the minds… I mean, yes, I read your caption.
Thanks for the link to the real artist!

“Live Long and Eat Matzah.” Did you know that’s what I captioned the image on my post or is this some residual connection from that Vulcan mind meld we did that one time?
Also, the image is actually laser-etched into the matzah–talk about intense Star Trek love! It’s true, though. My PB art needs work.
Here’s the artist’s post: http://blog.craftzine.com/archive/2007/04/spock_matza.html
